Standard terms

• The Provider agrees to perform the scope of work described above for the Client, delivering the stated deliverables by the agreed timeline.
• The Client agrees to provide reasonably necessary information and access for the Provider to complete the engagement.
• Payment is held and released through SynergySphere's payment processing; a cryptographic record of this agreement and its payment confirmation is anchored on a public test blockchain network for independent verification.
• Either party may raise a dispute with SynergySphere support; this agreement does not itself constitute legal advice and parties should seek independent counsel for high-value engagements.
