Terms of Service

Last updated August 2, 2026

Draft notice:this is a working draft written to match SynergySphere's actual functionality. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and should not be treated as final or legally binding until it is.

1. What SynergySphere is

SynergySphere is a platform for small and medium businesses to share physical assets and expertise, pool group purchases, and transact with each other. It is operated as a subscription service with Starter and Pro plans, each including a 14-day free trial.

2. Accounts and business verification

To use SynergySphere you must register a business account and complete Know Your Business (KYB) verification, which requires submitting business registration, tax ID, proof of address, and authorized representative documents. Access to the marketplace, messaging, buying board, and other core features is gated on KYB approval. We review submissions manually; approval is not guaranteed and we may reject or request more information.

3. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

Paid access requires an active Starter ($60/month) or Pro ($120/month) subscription, billed through Stripe. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial; unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card will be charged automatically at the plan price and billing will continue monthly until you cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing, which opens Stripe's billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then. If a payment fails, your account may be marked past due and core features suspended until payment is resolved.

4. Agreements, payments, and blockchain anchoring

When two businesses transact on SynergySphere, they can create a digital agreement (asset rental or expertise engagement) and pay through Stripe Checkout. Once a payment is confirmed, we compute a cryptographic hash of the agreement's terms and payment confirmation and write it to the Ethereum Sepolia public testnet. This is an independently verifiable proof-of-agreement record — it does not involve real cryptocurrency, does not convert your payment into crypto, and has no monetary value. If the anchoring transaction fails for any reason, your payment is unaffected and we surface the failure honestly rather than claiming a confirmation that didn't happen.

5. Buying board and matching

The collective buying board lets you post purchasing needs and get matched against other businesses' listings using an automated scoring system (category, keyword overlap, price fit, prior deal history, and ratings). Starter plans may have one active buying request at a time; Pro plans are unlimited and receive priority in match scoring and a higher number of suggested matches.

6. Disputes

Either party to a paid agreement may raise a dispute for our admin team to review and mediate. Raising a dispute does not automatically reverse a payment; resolution outcomes and notes are recorded on the dispute and visible to both parties.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate business information, not to use the platform for fraudulent listings or transactions, and not to attempt to circumvent KYB verification, subscription gating, or dispute processes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
