After you register, you'll be asked for your business name, type, country, and registration number, plus four documents: a business registration certificate, tax ID, proof of address, and an authorized representative's ID. A real person on our team reviews every submission — it isn't an automated check.
Usually within one business day. You'll see your status change on your dashboard, and if anything's missing or unclear we'll tell you exactly what to fix and let you resubmit.
Both plans start with a 3-day free trial. Starter is capped at one active collective buying request at a time; Pro is unlimited, gets priority matching, the real-time savings & utilization dashboard, and a dedicated account manager. You can manage or cancel your plan any time from Settings → Billing.
Go to Settings → Billing and open the billing portal — you can switch plans, update your payment method, or cancel from there. Access stays active through the end of your current billing period.
Once both sides accept an agreement, the paying party checks out through Stripe. Funds are confirmed before anything is marked complete, and a real invoice is generated automatically from that confirmed payment — never from anything either party enters manually.
Nothing on your end. After payment, we write a cryptographic hash of the agreement and payment confirmation to a public Ethereum testnet, so the record is independently verifiable and tamper-evident. It's proof-of-record, not a wallet or crypto payment you manage.

From Listings, click create, describe what you're offering and your availability, and it goes live in the marketplace immediately — matched automatically against any open buying requests in the same category.
Yes. Only transaction proofs (escrow status, payment confirmation) are ever written on-chain. Your pricing, contracts, and contact details stay on encrypted infrastructure, visible only to the two parties in a given deal.
